Flight Ticket Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vista Navigators, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to make our flight ticket cancellation and refund policy as clear and easy to understand as possible. Please read through the following information carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team if you have any questions.

Flight Ticket Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your flight ticket, you may do so by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer service team. The amount of refund you receive depends on the type of ticket you purchased and the time of cancellation.

  • If you purchased a non-refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a partial refund if you cancel within a certain time frame before the scheduled departure.
  • If you purchased a refundable ticket, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

Please note that some tickets may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, and any fees charged by the airline are non-refundable. Additionally, any changes made to your ticket may result in additional fees or charges.

Flight Ticket Refund Policy

If your flight has been canceled by the airline, you may be eligible for a refund. If informed at least 48 hours before the ticket time, a 100% refund will be provided. The amount of refund you receive depends on the airline’s policy, and our customer service team can assist you with the process of obtaining a refund.

  • Some airlines may offer alternative travel arrangements or vouchers instead of a refund. If this is the case, our customer service team can assist you with rebooking your flight or using the voucher.
  • In some cases, flight cancellations or delays may be caused by circumstances beyond the airline’s control, such as weather or natural disasters. In these cases, the airline may not be able to offer a refund or compensation.

Our service fees associated with the original travel reservation or booking are non-refundable. Please note that we are dependent on suppliers for receiving requested refunds. Once the refund has been approved by the supplier, it may take additional time for this to appear on your credit card statement. Generally, all suppliers will charge a penalty for refund processing, which may take 60-90 days from receipt of your request to receiving credit on your statement.

All refund fees are charged per ticket per person. These fees will only be assessed if a refund has been authorized by the supplier or a waiver has been received, and when the airline/supplier rules permit such refunds. If the supplier does not process the refund, we will refund our processing fees that may have been charged to you but not our previously charged service fees for the original travel reservation or booking.
